Five Months Old

At five months old he is 16 lbs 4 oz and 27 inches.

Peter is just beginning to laugh. When daddy plays elevator or when mommy plays peekaboo Peter will let out a small giggle.

We are starting Peter on cereal. In the evening I place him in the high chair and let him play. Then we try a few bites of cereal. He is slowly getting the hang of it but seems to find the experience more entertaining then purposeful.

He has been battling colds since he entered day care. Which was expected. He is dealing with reoccurring ear infections that have caused him to be on antibiotics constantly. In turn the antibiotics cause their own problems including diarrhea, killer diaper rash and of course the odyssey of trying to get him to swallow it.
