Peter is now nine months old! Wow, time flies!
Peter still seems to prefer the army crawl to the baby crawl, although we have seen him do it several times. He is pulling up on objects and can get to his knees. He is sleeping through the night most of the time. But he does have a very early wake up time. He goes down about 7 and wakes at about 6. This works for us on the weekdays but it makes for a very early morning on the weekends. But he always wakes up with a big smile on his face, outstretched arms and giggles. We are having so much fun watching Peter's personality develop. He has so many facial expressions and will talk and react and mimic actions and sounds. He takes after his dad when it comes to talking, babbling sounds including dada, nana, baba, mama, and combinations of these. He loves to wave at people and we will catch him practicing his wave in his crib when we look at the monitor.

He just had his check up and he is doing great. Just like me, he catches every virus that passes through town. He is in the 25th percentile for weight and the 75th percentile for height. He is a long skinny baby but he is growing and developing just fine.

He is adorable with his two bottom teeth popping out of his grin. He remains a very happy and content baby. He rarely cries and is only fussy when the occasion calls for it. Mom, feed me! Even when he is sick he still has a joyful demeanor. He warms my heart every day.
He is starting his clingy stage and mommy is first. If I disappear from his sight for even a second he is complaining. If someone else is holding him and I walk in the room, he will put his arms out and complain for me to pick him up.
